PROFESSOR HAROLD W. PREISKEL

Professor Harold W. Preiskel MDS(Lond) MSc(Ohio) FDS. RCS(Eng), graduated from Guy’s Hospital London and won a scholarship to study prosthodontics under Carl Boucher in Columbus, Ohio. He has been a Consultant in Prosthetic Dentistry at Guy’s, Kings and St. Thomas’ Hospital in London for thirty years where he founded the dental implant programme. He is one of the world’s foremost Prosthodontists and his specialist practice has gained an international reputation in tandem to his scientific career.
He was the first President of the International College of Prosthodontists, the world organisation representing the specialty and has served on its executive for many years. He was one of the founding editors of the International Journal of Prosthodontics and was subsequently Chairman of the Editorial Board.
He is a Past President of the American Dental Society of London, Past President of the British Dental Association (Metropolitan Branch), and Past Chairman of the London Dental Study Club. He was also the Chairman of the International Prosthodontic Symposium 1982, the first of its kind to be held in Britain.
He was the first non-American dentist to serve on the Board of The American Prosthodontic Society where was President.
Harold Preiskel is the author of textbooks that have become standard works throughout the world. He has written some 100 scientific articles and has established an enviable reputation on the international lecture circuit. He is the recipient of prestigious Prosthodontic awards and is active in research, teaching and practice. His latest book, ‘Overdentures Made Easy’, has been published in German, Japanese, Italian, Korean and Spanish.
DR. ALON PREISKEL

Dr Alon Preiskel is a Consultant Prosthodontist at Guy’s Hospital. He is a partner at Preiskel Prosthodontics in London. He specialises in dental rehabilitation, aesthetics and surgical implant placement.
His teaching experience includes serving as the Program Coordinator of the implant diploma at the Eastman Dental Institute in London and teaching Prosthodontic trainees at Guy’s Hospital where he completed his 4 year Prosthodontic training program.
Dr Preiskel is a member of numerous dental societies and lectures frequently at national and international meetings including the American Prosthodontics Society, International College of Prosthodontics, IJP Young Prosthodontic Educators and at the London Nobel Biocare symposium. Dr Preiskel sits on the Executive Council of the American Prosthodontic Society and on committees of the International College of Prosthodontics. He is a reviewer for the International Journal of Implant Dentistry and Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry and has gained an Executive MBA from London Business School.
DR. MARIA AGRANIOTI

Maria Agranioti qualified as a dentist from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece in 1998. (DipDS). Following graduation she worked in General Dental Practice.

In June 2002, Maria graduated with honors from a three year full time Prosthodontic Program . She received both a Specialty Certificate and a Master of Science Degree in Prosthodontics at Columbia University, College of Dental Medicine ,NYC,USA. During her training she received several prizes and awards for her clinical case presentations.

Dr Agranioti has been working in private practice providing aesthetic dentistry, dental implants, fixed and removable Prosthodontics.
​
She is also a Clinical teaching Lecturer at the University College London, Eastman Aesthetic Dentistry Programs since 2014.
